Winter Holidays in and around Innsbruck
Starting in Inzing, the journey to some of the most beautiful ski resorts of Tyrol is only a few minutes. The ski bus stops right by our house.
Ski resorts include the Rangger Köpfl (Oberperfuss), Seefeld or the Axamer Lizum (all less than 15 km away) or Kühtai, Stubaital, Patscherkofel und the Nordkette in Innsbruck (all slightly over 20 km away).
The region does not only offer ski resorts, but also cross-country skiing tracks, making it a paradise for those who prefer to stay down in the valley when skiing!
Those who do not ski at all can enjoy their stay with romantic snow-show tours or plain old walks through the idyllic winter landscape.
If you are here around Christmas, you simply cannot miss a visit to one of the Innsbruck Christmas markets!
At the beginning of January, all eyes turn to a hill south of Innsbruck, where the best ski jumpers of the world compete in the annual Bergiselspringen – another event you shouldn’t miss.
